ScandiPuzzlePlims Logic Studio AB ("we", "us", or "our"), operator of scandipuzzleplims.courses, respects the intellectual and personal privacy of every reader. This policy explains what limited information is processed when you read our study pages or correspond with us, in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Zero-Database Enquiry Composer

Our interactive Learning Enquiry Composer is engineered to run entirely inside your local web browser using plain JavaScript. When you type your name, email address, solver background, or learning goals into the composer to copy to your clipboard or download as a .txt file, none of that text is transmitted to a remote database or third-party marketing server. We only receive your enquiry if you voluntarily send it to us via email.

3. Information Processed During Direct Email Correspondence

If you send an email to [email protected], we process your email address, name, and the content of your message solely to respond to your academic or methodological enquiry (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) legitimate interest in answering voluntary correspondence). Correspondence records are reviewed annually and deleted once no longer needed for ongoing study discussion.

4. Server Logs & Technical Security

Like all static websites, our hosting infrastructure temporarily records standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, requested URL path, timestamp, and user-agent string) in rotated security logs to prevent denial-of-service attacks and diagnose broken links. These logs are never merged with personal identities and are purged automatically within 14 days.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of any personal correspondence we hold about you, as well as the right to restrict or object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
